Packing is an essential appliance that protects the product in the best way. Its carries the expiry date to the maximum level, prevents the products
from deterioration and being damaged, makes the transportation, facilitates its transport (shipping), is stored and presented, and takes an essential
role in the final consumers' choice.
First of all, the freshness of the egg is the most critical criterion.
During the packaging in existing systems (PVC, POF, Nylon, clips, etc.), eggs are surrounded by stretch and go through the heat tunnel about 250 to 270 centigrade degrees.
That exposes eggs to heat and temperature fluctuations. It also prevents air circulation as it is wrapped with stretch.

This system consumes only 1% of the electricity used in conventional system machines.

In this ,whole packing is done with a special form pet cover and none of non –recyclable material is used.So all money spent on these materials can be saved.
As the eggs packed by this system covers 40% less space than the conventional system, 40% more product can be transported during transportation per vehicle.
Material such as PVC, foil, etc., used in conventional systems is non –recyclable. As Poliolon (pof) used in conventional systems requires much more heat and is not produced in our country, tons of lm are imported and causes loss of foreign exchange.That can be prevented by this recyclable pet cover.
Supermarkets can put 40% more products packed by this system into their aisles compared with the other products and so they can use their aisles cost-effectively.
While products packed by conventional systems can be put in tens in the outer parcel, in our system they can be in fourteens and provides a 40% advantage.
Moreover, with 40% reduction in the cost of transportation, fuel, and outer parcel, gives a new perspective to the industry in reducing the cost of export expenditures and risks.Especially, it provides export of packed products to the countries where the heat is much higher.
This egg packaging machine is a new technology in the egg packaging area that enables eggs to be packed without any exposure to a thermal process (shrinking). This is in the shape of a combination (reuniting) of the bottom viol where eggs are put on with the transparent PET cover. With this method, the product is packed with its natural state in automatization. The conventional systems used in egg packing expose the egg's direct heat and heat fluctuations, and materials used in packing, such as nylon, pof, pvc, etc., don't let eggs receive air. That reduces the life span and nutrition of eggs, which are tender products, and causes mold, speckles, and deterioration, which are not desired. In parallel with developments in the rise of the consumer consciousness about healthy diet and food security, it has mobilized all its 40 years of knowledge and experience to produce such a system that makes an accretion value to all the industry actors. As concrete support to our country, which accepted EU criteria as a guide, this system has actualized the Cold Clamping Technology and put it in service in a vital subject in Food Security.
This system has been designed cost-effective to pay off itself quickly and provide an accretion value to all the industry components. It assures the Food Security of the ultimate consumer and reduces producers' and tradesmen's production costs by giving them a chance to compete. Finally, it provides supermarkets an opportunity to present the right packed products with low storage cost to the ultimate consumer. To the import companies, it brings new cost-effective solutions and complete chance. It is an essential feature that it is environmental - friendly. It was presented to the choice of various consumer groups in different sale points in big cities, and consumer choices were measured how consumers are conscious and sensitive about Food Security was again proved.
