Packing is an essential appliance that protects the product in the best way. Its carries the expiry date to the maximum level, prevents the products
from deterioration and being damaged, makes the transportation, facilitates its transport (shipping), is stored and presented, and takes an essential
role in the final consumers' choice.
First of all, the freshness of the egg is the most critical criterion.
During the packaging in existing systems (PVC, POF, Nylon, clips, etc.), eggs are surrounded by stretch and go through the heat tunnel about 250 to 270 centigrade degrees.
That exposes eggs to heat and temperature fluctuations. It also prevents air circulation as it is wrapped with stretch.

Because of automatization opportunities, about 80% labor saving can be achieved in this system, especially considering the shrinking system that requires qualified staff. Only one worker makes all the process.
This system provides a 40 % advantage in packing and outer parcels. It can transport 40 %more products with the same amount of fuel. When the traffic problems in cities are considered this is a significant advantage for fuel-saving and customer satisfaction.

This system, the fact that the eggs are not exposed to heat, their continuation to get air via its unique format cover, and the special resistance property of the cover against impacts reduces the deterioration, smash and crash rate to 65%.
By this system, 1000 -1400 packing can be done per hour. When compared with the staff number, approximately more than 50- 55 % production can be made.
Pvc, pof, etc., can not be recycled and causes environmental pollution. This pet cover is 100 % recyclable and is produced in our country. It provides a significant advantage about carbon output and environmental pollution and gives a great benefit to the companies about ENVIRONMENTAL TAX...
This system consumes only 1% of the electricity used in conventional system machines.
Conventional System: 17 kWh

In this ,whole packing is done with a special form pet cover and none of non –recyclable material is used.So all money spent on these materials can be saved.
As the eggs packed by this system covers 40% less space than the conventional system, 40% more product can be transported during transportation per vehicle.
Material such as PVC, foil, etc., used in conventional systems is non –recyclable. As Poliolon (pof) used in conventional systems requires much more heat and is not produced in our country, tons of lm are imported and causes loss of foreign exchange.That can be prevented by this recyclable pet cover.
Supermarkets can put 40% more products packed by this system into their aisles compared with the other products and so they can use their aisles cost-effectively.
While products packed by conventional systems can be put in tens in the outer parcel, in our system they can be in fourteens and provides a 40% advantage.
Moreover, with 40% reduction in the cost of transportation, fuel, and outer parcel, gives a new perspective to the industry in reducing the cost of export expenditures and risks.Especially, it provides export of packed products to the countries where the heat is much higher.
