This system, which is very easy to control, is made of high-quality and durable components. Our system is designed for a

minimum of 3 floors and the number of floors can be increased in multiples of 3. Unique floor coverings are used on the platforms above three floors. With this

design, it is aimed that the animals can move easily between the floors. Also, there is a usable area under these floors. 

In the AV 188 Sympathy Layered System, which is unique to Avian Mechanics design only, negative-ion technology can be added optionally.

Thanks to this technology, dust problems caused by scratching that may occur in the poultry house are eliminated. It aims to minimize the amount of oxidation in the cage with negative-ion technology. 

Avian Mechanics reorganized the perch design and designed it as a perch pipe with a soft PVC coated surface. This new design perch pipe can be optionally added to the AV 188 Sympathy Convoluted System. Thanks to this design, it aims to minimize some disorders and welfare problems in animals' physiology. Again, thanks to this unique design, chickens are encouraged to roost. 

Although the AV 188-storey system is in the poultry house, it allows the chickens to stand on the floors and roam freely. 

AV 188 Sympathy Floor System has been designed with EU standards. Thanks to the design of this system, the animal's natural behavior is supported, and its

welfare level is increased.

The materials used in the main structure of the cage consist of high-standard hot-dip galvanized sheet and wire materials. All galvanized sheets and wires used in cage constructions and cage sections are of the best quality. Galvanized coating ratio and shape are vitally essential to prevent deformation caused by

fertilizer-induced acid, rust, and mold. Deformations in the cages cause shortening of the cage's life and the health of the animals in the cage.

Cages are created to be unaffected by ground movements. There is a 2 mm thick cage leg at every 60 cm and wide-legged pads placed under these legs.

In addition, the cage system is fixed with steel pulling dowels in every ten legs. The system gains maximum resistance in this view can be installed up to seven

layers without a platform.
