The feeding systems aim to reach the simple and fair way to feed the chickens.

custom-designed feeders, feed loss has been reduced to the minimum level.
Feed trolley feeding system is fully automated. All metal parts are galvanized. Apart from the poultry, the feed of the conical base feed silos supplied
to the poultry house with the help of the steel coil transport system is controlled and discharged to the feed boxes connected to the feeder car.
The feed discharged into the feed chutes is distributed gradually to the feeders located on each row floor.
Feeders are specially designed to distribute feed in equal amounts to each other in the chicken cage systems and prevent the feeder from
overflowing. With this system, feed waste is minimized, and fresh feed is provided to the animals. Also, the possibility of choosing a chicken is
removed from the center so that the chicken consumes the whole of the feed content.
The bait cars are driven by the steel dagger in the particular structure located on the top floor of each battery (row). Feeding time can also be
adjusted from the automation panel so that feeding times can be adjusted automatically.
The system can be operated entirely depending on the automation as well as being used manually. A time clock can adjust the working periods of
the system.
The chain feed distribution system is also fully automated. All metal parts are galvanized. Apart from the poultry, the feed is conveyed into the poultry with the aid of the steel coil transport system from the tapered feed silos supplied to the special feed reservoir located on each floor.
Through the steel chains in special structure passing feed reservoir, feed taken from reservoir delivered feeders on each floor of each row and feeds
them.

transported into the poultry house with the help of the steel coil transport system and is discharged to the special feed reservoir at each floor of each battery (row). The feed in the feed reservoir is taken from the reservoir with the help of a steel helix in the metal pipe, and the feed is discharged to
the desired level in all the feeders.
Broiler feeds are poured into the feeder in the unique structure in each section through the coil passing through the cage sections from the head to
the cage. Broiler feed is poured into the feeders in the special structure in each area through the spiral passing through all branches from front to end of the cell.
Feeders are designed to feed chicks from first day until the last day and have been minimized feed loss due to their unique structure. Feed level
and feed height can be adjusted depending on demand.

For a healthy poultry production, you need clean and plenty amount of water. Water must be in a position where animals can reach easily and should be a way of contamination. The best and healthiest way to achieve these conditions is with steel nipples in the cage's middle. Each animal can reach two nipples. Nipples are made of stainless steel, and they have a long, trouble-free working life. Water inlet and outlet holes are wide enough so that
they do not get closed. At the beginning of every nipple line, there are eight lt capacity water distribution tanks. A 45 mm deep V-channel was placed under each nipple to prevent water splashing on the manure belt.
And also, you can use/control this system manually, automatically, or remotely.
