AV 1000 brood breeding cage system has a long working life and space-saving design. AV 1000 models are available in wire and sheet metal materials.

The depth of a single chamber is 630 mm. The front size of AV1000 is 1000 mm. All of the metal and wire parts have a galvanized cover against corrosion with 

maximum protection. The high requirements of the cage achieve low-cost cultivation by the technique. The base wire is placed on 8 mm galvanized coated shaft

bars. The base of the cage is a steel mattress on a scale of 17x17. Even a one-day-old chick can walk around the base floor without an extra piece.

There are two fixed covers in each eye and one inwardly opening cover. The inward opening cover in the middle of each eye makes it easier to reach the 

chicks spreading to any eye area. Covers are easily fixed to a self-form pole and can not be opened without a human factor.

The materials used in the main structure of the cage consist of high-standard hot-dip galvanized sheet and wire materials. All galvanized sheets and wires used in cage constructions and cage sections are of the best quality. Galvanized coating ratio and shape are vitally essential to prevent deformation caused by

fertilizer-induced acid, rust, and mold. Deformations in the cages cause shortening of the cage's life and the health of the animals in the cage.

Cages are created to be unaffected by ground movements. There is a 2 mm thick cage leg at every 60 cm and wide-legged pads placed under these legs.

In addition, the cage system is fixed with steel pulling dowels in every ten legs. The system gains maximum resistance in this view can be installed up to seven

layers without a platform.
